Preparation: 2 x 5 minutes + 4/5 hours freezing time
Ingredients:
- 2 x 100 ml of milk of your choice
- a banana
- 2 doses of Authentic Récup chocolate drink
Freeze 100 ml of milk in an ice cube tray.
Cut a banana into slices and freeze the bananas for at least 4/5 hours.
Put the milk ice cubes, banana slices, two doses of Récup and 100 ml of milk in a blender.
Enjoy immediately!
The whey protein (whey) present in Authentic Récup’ is a combination of essential and non-essential amino acids naturally rich in B.C.A.A. amino acids (Valine, Leucine, Isoleucine). This recipe is also a source of magnesium and vitamin C which help reduce fatigue.
For optimal recovery, it is recommended to consume this milkshake within half an hour of exercise.
