Boost Gel is a gel for endurance sports, with fast-acting and long-lasting results.
Its fluid texture is ideal for use during exercise. Perfectly digestible, the gel doesn't cause gastric acidity or intestinal problems.
The nutritional origin of the sugars is identical to that in Authentic Booster +, making it the ideal complement to your drink.
During exercise, it is recommended to consume a 30g tube of gel every 30 to 45 minutes, in addition to regular hydration.
The two sugars used in Boost Gel, maltodextrin and fructose, are not hyperglycemic since they have low glycemic indices. By consuming it, you therefore run no risk of experiencing blood sugar spikes or reactive hypoglycemia.
Our energy gel helps minimize the breakdown of glycogen stores and reduces the breakdown of your active muscles thanks to its nutritional content enriched with electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium, and zinc), BCAAs, and carbohydrates.
Boost Gel also helps reduce fatigue during exercise thanks to its antioxidant content (vitamin C, vitamin E, and zinc).
It replenishes glycogen stores ultra-fast thanks to its carbohydrate content and doesn't cause cramps because it contains no diuretics (caffeine, guarana, kola nuts, etc.).

This endurance sports gel is ready to consume. It is suitable for outings lasting 2 to 3 hours or more, when combined with regular hydration. One tube of energy gel can be consumed every 30 to 45 minutes, followed by a sip of water or ideally Booster + while performing your sport.

Utilisé en vélo et CAP, le gout est bon, pas trop sucré les gels passent bien, cependant je n'ai pas l'impression d'avoir 30g dans la bouche j'ai plutôt l'impression d'en avoir 20g. La quantité à l'intérieur me parait juste.

Gel testé déjà une fois, c'est dommage qu'il n'y ai pas d'autre goût. Sinon, gel parfait, qui redonne plein d'énergie pour poursuivre ????.
