Red berry recovery milkshake

Milkshake aux fruits rouges et Authentic Récup

Preparation: 5 minutes + 4/5 hours freezing time

Ingredients:

- 150 ml of milk of your choice
- 2 doses of Authentic Récup chocolate drink, i.e. 30 g
- 120 g of frozen strawberries
- 50 g of frozen blueberries
or 170 g of frozen red fruits of your choice

Mix the frozen strawberries and blueberries for 10 seconds at maximum speed in a food processor or blender.
Add the fresh milk and the two doses of Récup au chocolat. Mix for 10 seconds at maximum speed to obtain the milkshake.
Enjoy immediately!

Note that beforehand, you can freeze the milk in an ice cube tray to obtain an even fresher milkshake.

The whey protein (lactoserum) present in Authentic Récup’ is a combination of essential and non-essential amino acids naturally rich in B.C.A.A. amino acids (Valine, Leucine, Isoleucine). This recipe is also a source of magnesium and vitamin C which help reduce fatigue.

For optimal recovery, it is recommended to consume this milkshake within half an hour of exercise.
