Energy Apple Compote

Compote énergétique Authentic Nutrition

Preparation time: 5 to 20 minutes

Ingredients

- 200 g of homemade or store-bought applesauce (no added sugar)
- 20 g of Authentic Booster+ (lemon/lime flavor)

Mix the Booster+ with the applesauce until you obtain a smooth blend.

With this mixture, you can fill two Eco-Pockets (approximately 110 g each).
We recommend consuming one Eco-Pocket per hour. Depending on the length of your activity, take both with you or keep one refrigerated. It can be stored for about 4–5 days in the refrigerator.

Thanks to the BCAAs, vitamins, and minerals in our Authentic Booster+, this compote is ideal for intense workouts or medium- to long-duration activities.
The lemon-lime flavor adds a pleasant tangy twist to the fruit purée!
