Red fruit energy balls
Preparation: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 100 g pitted dates
- 80 g cashew nuts
- 40 g almonds
- 60 g sunflower seeds
- 60 g cranberries
- 80 g Authentic Booster + red fruits
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- a few sesame seeds for decoration and deliciousness
Put all the ingredients together in a blender. Blend until you get a soft, lump-free dough.
Form small balls and press well. Roll the balls in sesame seeds for a more aesthetic and delicious effect.
Thanks to their composition very rich in carbohydrates (carbohydrate with relatively slow and regular assimilation thanks to the maltodextrin and fructose in Booster + and carbohydrate with faster assimilation thanks to the date sugar), fiber, vitamins and minerals. (vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, potassium, magnesium, copper naturally provided by dates and oilseeds (cashew nuts, almonds, sunflower seeds) and vitamin C, vitamin E, Zinc and BCAA thanks to the Booster + intake).

Its energy balls, like the gels, help to compensate for energy losses or accelerate muscle recovery due to exercise.
We also find a fairly interesting level of vegetable proteins thanks to a fairly substantial quantity of cashew nuts and almonds in this recipe (around 10g/100g of exercise balls).
