Sweet potato pre-workout cake

Ingredients

- 200g of preparation drink, Carbo Powder (powder)
- 3 eggs
- 600g of cooked sweet potatoes
- 125g of almond powder
- 40g of agave syrup
- 150ml of milk
- ½ packet of yeast
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a food processor or by hand.
Cook for 40 to 50 minutes -180/200° in an earthenware dish - reduce cooking time in an aluminum dish

The benefits of this recipe

- a carbohydrate intake thanks to the maltrodextrin present in the Carbo Powder,
- complex sugars, slow (sweet potato) which diffuse slowly into the blood,
- agave syrup replaces white sugar, fast,
- the presence of omega 3 thanks to the almond powder
- a intake of protein thanks to the 3 eggs

Tips

This cake can be eaten either:
- a few days before a competition to ensure a glycogen recharge,
- at breakfast before a competition.
