- 150g cooked red lentils
- 200g 70% dark chocolate
- 60g Authentic Récup au chocolat
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 whole eggs
- A pinch of salt
- 15ml rapeseed oil
Cook 150g of lentils in a saucepan with 2 parts unsalted water. The mixture should resemble a purée when cooked.
Melt 200g of chocolate with 15ml of rapeseed oil in a saucepan or microwave. Separate the whites from the yolks, whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt.
Then combine the melted chocolate with the lentils, Authentic Récup au chocolat, honey, and egg yolks, and gently fold in the egg whites at the end to create a fluffy batter.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
