Lemon Energy Balls

Preparation: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

- 120 g pitted dates
- 80 g cashew nuts
- 40 g almonds
- 60 g sunflower seeds
- 80 g Authentic Booster + lemon/lime
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- a little grated coconut for decoration and sweetness

Preparation :

Put all the ingredients together in a blender. Blend until you get a soft, lump-free dough.

Form small balls and press well. Roll the balls in sesame seeds for a more aesthetic and delicious effect.

The benefits of this recipe:
Thanks to their composition very rich in carbohydrates (carbohydrates with relatively slow and regular assimilation thanks to the maltodextrin and fructose in Booster + and carbohydrates with faster assimilation thanks to the date sugar), fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
