Authentic Choc Recycled Cake

Gâteau Authentic Choc Récup

Preparation: 15'

Ingredients

Dry ingredients:
- 100 g of whole sugar
- 220 g of flour
- 6 doses of Authentic Récup
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 40 g of almond powder
- A bar of milk or dark chocolate (70%) according to your preferences


Wet ingredients:
- 500 ml of milk of your choice
- 100 g of applesauce
- 80 g of melted butter

First, pour in the milk. Add the applesauce and butter.

In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients.

Pour in the liquid mixture and mix well with a whisk.

Grease a round, high-sided mold and pour in the batter.

Bake for 45 minutes at 170°.

Let it cool well after baking!
