Recovery Protein Balls with Authentic Recup'

Ingredients:
- 50g whole hazelnuts
- 150g Authentic Récup au chocolat
- 180g pitted dried dates
- 3 teaspoons sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds or grated coconut
- A pinch of fleur de sel


Preparation:
Put all the ingredients together in a blender. Mix until you get a soft, lump-free dough.
Form small balls and press well.
Roll the balls in sesame or coconut for a more aesthetic and delicious effect.


Tips:
It is important to consume recovery immediately after exercise by providing 1g of carbohydrates per kilo of body weight in 30 minutes. The ideal is to start with liquids and then move on to solids.

As for proteins, it is recommended to take the equivalent of a quarter to a third of the weight of carbohydrates.

Particularly suitable for bodybuilding, they also allow good muscle recovery in other sports where they are therefore consumed after physical exertion. Apart from their benefits in the context of sport, they can also satisfy a small hunger pang during the day but you should not abuse them.

Thanks to the intake of Authentic Récup, we find in good quantity of vitamins B, C and E as well as magnesium, potassium and zinc which will help compensate for the free radical attacks linked to intense and long sporting activity.
